Film director Deborah Hadfield had a knee operation performed by Ashvin at Little Aston Hospital in October 2009. Less than 3 weeks later she was travelling to Los Angeles with her new movie The Kindness of Strangers. Deborah says "Mr Pimpalnerkar did such an amazing job of the operation it was incredible. I'd expected to be in rehab for months but it was a matter of weeks and I was back at the gym and able to travel to America."

"Since the operation I'm training again and weight has been dropping off me as I'm able to regain my former fitness. In fact I'm having less pain and irritation than before the injury as the operation has also cleared up some underlying wear and tear."

"I recommend Mr Pimpalnerkar to everyone I know who needs a great surgeon. His technical expertise and calm clear manner made the experience much smoother than I ever imagined. I as dreading the procedure and the recovery but it was straightforward and helped change my life."

"At each stage of the treatment Mr Pimpalnerkar clearly explained what would happen and what my options were so I felt very at ease knowing I was in such great hands."

"I can't thank him and his staff enough for making the operation such a success and allowing me to get back to my hectic life as quickly as possible."

The attentive care I received under Mr Pimpalnerkar was excellent. After doing the appropriate exercises I was discharged and I now walk unaided without any problems. Thanks to Mr Pimpalnerkar I consider myself very fortunate to have my quality of life given back to me and look forward to an active future.
